A little about myself…
I am currently living in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, which leads to days filled with exploring these beautiful mountains, rivers, and valleys as often as I can. Otherwise, I love to be in a state of creation, whether it be in my greenhouse with the plants, making jewelry and clothing, travel photography, graphic design, or in the kitchen cooking.
One of my passions is in the private chef realm, allowing me to combine my passion for longevity in health and wellness, with intentional food creations. I am excited to be bringing high frequency, organic, local foods to retreats, events, and private residences.
I am a meditation, mantra, and breathwork ceremony facilitator, and through this modality I've found an even deeper level of creating and expressive alignment within myself. Helping to build a conscious community in our Roaring Fork valley.
Cheers to creating a life you don’t need a break from!

About the Company…
While my business passions often range far and wide, everything ultimately comes together for the collective desire to ensue growth within our minds, and in our physical vessel. Whether that be guided with breathwork, mantra chanting & singing, high vibrational food, adventure, or making art. My mission is to create offerings that give the community a place to come together and do the work as a whole. I have a deep reverence for past civilizations who made community, nature, and ceremony a priority to their well-being, and want to bring it back to our modern culture that seems to be so far from that connection we used to have. Most of my work is here to help us remember how to be intimately connected to nature and our true selves again, allowing us to each step back into our authenticity and power. Tapping into the infinite potential of the cosmos and mother nature’s healing powers to use them in conjunction with our own powerful existence.
