Trauma Informed Breathwork Workshop

  • Katia will be leading a lecture on trauma, followed by a 1.5 hour breathwork ceremony led by Hanna, and then a safe space for sharing our processes afterwards for better integration.

Breathwork Ceremony In The Kiva

  • True Nature Healing Arts in the Kiva

  • A group breathwork session with community in the Kiva. The evening will flow through a guided meditation, introduction to breathwork, breathing ceremony, and group integration sharing. Immense healing amplified by sitting in circle and ceremony with like-minded individuals.

  • We will be combining the healing modalities of plant medicine using cannabis, lead by Ashley, as well as ceremonial breathwork, lead by Hanna. A 4 hour journey into the psyche to trigger energies within you that need healing attention. Please reach out for more details if you feel called to this experience!
